Are there really benefits to drinking hydrogen water?

Researchers around the world have studied molecular hydrogen since 2007, when work in Japan first drew attention to it. Studies have looked at its antioxidant activity, at energy and at recovery after exercise. The research is still developing, and many studies so far have been small, so we let you read it for yourself:

The HDRO Bottle 4.0 is a device for making hydrogen water at home. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

What does the HDRO Bottle 4.0 do?

It turns ordinary drinking water into hydrogen water. Fill it, run a cycle, and within minutes your water carries dissolved molecular hydrogen.

How does the HDRO Bottle 4.0 work?

It uses SPE/PEM electrolysis (solid polymer electrolyte and proton exchange membrane) to produce pure molecular hydrogen. The oxygen and chlorine gases this creates are expelled through a dual chamber exhaust vent, so only hydrogen is infused into your drinking water.

How much hydrogen does it produce?

Up to 6.0 ppm (6,000 ppb) of dissolved molecular hydrogen.

What is it made of, and how much does it hold?

A 9.1 oz (270 ml) polycarbonate, shatter-proof bottle and lid.

How many uses do I get from one charge?

Up to 40 hydrogen water cycles on a full charge. A full charge takes 2 to 3 hours with the included USB charging cable.

Which water should I use?

Mineral water or any other drinking water. Do not use distilled water or tap water, and only put water in the bottle.

What temperature water can I use?

Warm to cold water. Do not pour scalding hot water into the bottle, as it may damage it.

How do I clean it?

Pour white vinegar onto the titanium plates in the centre of the base until they are fully covered. Leave it for 30 minutes, then rinse the plates under running water. Do this twice a month for best results. Do not submerge the base in water, put it in the dishwasher, or clean it with a brush.

Do I need to buy filters or replacement parts?

No. There are no filters and no replacement parts to buy.
