My brother told me about HR water after he tried it at his local gym. Over the years, we've shared simple tricks and tips to make our lives easier, and this time, he was telling me how he felt nauseous and out of energy during a workout one night. He saw some hydrogen water dispenser at the gym, drank a whole bottle of it, and from his own words, "he felt 110% within 10 minutes". Of course I took what he said with a grain of salt, but over time, he kept telling me how HR's been helping him with exercising. After extensive research on H2 and H2 water bottles, I chose to go with this one. Since I've been using the HDRO bottle, I have noticed less burnouts at the gym. I'm hoping to feel more of its benefits after a month or so, so we'll see. Excited none the less!

Since I heard about H2 hydrogen water 1 month ago, I've read that many hospitals in Japan are finding positive results while using h2 inhalation and hydrogen water therapy. I've only been using this for a couple of days, but I do feel more energetic and less discomfort while I jog. I'm looking forward to see how I feel after a month or so.

I read that hydrogen water can help with energy. Im an avid weightlifter (thinking of competing this year...) and spend 2-3 hours in the gym every day, so I did more research on it. There aren't many long term studies, but do notice these waters popping up at my local gym and stores. I'll have to report back with an update a few weeks later on how I feel. The product itself looks and feels great, though.
