Hydrogen is the smallest yet most abundant element on Earth and is produced by one proton and one electron. Alongside of being one of four elements with carbon, oxygen and nitrogen, these elements are known to be in every living organism. Molecular hydrogen (H2), the main component in hydrogen water, is an odorless, non-toxic gas found in the air in minimal amounts. It is produced of two hydrogen atoms that's joined together and may act as an antioxidant as well as help protect cell from oxidative, stress-induced problems. 

How to Consume Molecular Hydrogen

You can intake hydrogen by inhaling it or infusing it into water. To get the most out of hydrogen-rich water, it's best to drink your hydrogen water within a 30 minutes of opening it. This is due to hydrogen gas being easily released back into the air.

How often Do we need to replace the bottle?

I would like to hear some elaboration as to the difference between calling hydrogen vs. Molecular hydrogen. How does it become available, is it through electrolysis?
